Lazy Caramel Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

Dough:

2 C flour

3/4 C granulated sugar

1 C milk

4 t baking powder

4 T melted butter

Syrup:

2 C brown sugar

2 C water

1 T flour

dash of maple extract or vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F

Make syrup on stove top. Once ready to desired thickness (about 7 minutes of boiling), place in an oven proof baking bowl.

In a large bowl, stir in the dough ingredients until well blended.

Spoon dough mixture into syrup.

Bake pudding for 30 minutes.

Enjoy!
