Ingredients
  • 2 Egg Whites(Farm Fresh)
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
  • 2/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Nuts
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat egg whites till stiff.
  3. Add sugar,2 tablespoons at a time,beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla,nuts and chocolate chips
  5. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased aluminum foil lined cookie sheet.
  6. Put into oven and turn off heat immediately.
  7. Do not open oven door for at least 8 hours.
  8. Makes about 40 to 50 cookies.
  9. Enjoy.
