- 2 Egg Whites(Farm Fresh)
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
- 2/3 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 Cup Nuts
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat egg whites till stiff.
- Add sugar,2 tablespoons at a time,beating well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla,nuts and chocolate chips
- Drop by teaspoon on ungreased aluminum foil lined cookie sheet.
- Put into oven and turn off heat immediately.
- Do not open oven door for at least 8 hours.
- Makes about 40 to 50 cookies.
- Enjoy.
