This recipe came from a Culinary Murder Mystery book. It may sound a bit odd, but it is so good. Very rich.

I would change the Half and Half to blended ricotta cheese. ( make ricotta blend by mixing ricotta cheese and Silk (soy Milk) and blend really well. I use a hand held blender.) It's great for reducing carbs and tastes really good.

I just bet this IS wonderful to eat. I just printed it out and might even serve it up for Fathers Day :-) Thanks for this very interesting soup.

Yea!!! Bring on radish recipes! I look forward to trying this. I added a tag which hopefully makes this a bit more searchable and added the recipe to the Soup Is Good Food group.

This is fantastic and perfect for a cool evening (looking forward to having it again in the fall. I might have to see how well cooked radishes freeze to make this on into the winter). I didn't have a second container of chicken broth so I used 1 1/2 cups white wine in the simmering liquid.

I made this soup and it was very very good. Husband type person liked it too. It is rich and something you won't want to eat tons of... a very nice bit of something different for the soup course. I am happy I tried it and would certainly make it again for a dinner party. YUM! Thanks for an interesting recipe.

So glad you like this recipe. I usually don't tell my dinner guests what it is until after they start eating.....LOL. Enjoy!

This sounds really good. I can't wait to give it a try. My radish loving husband would really go nuts for this.

Wow! You REALLY DO like to experiment, but the ingredients sound like this is something I would like to try. In fact you have several(tomato pudding, etc) that I will be trying. Thanks for the unique recipes
