How to make it

  • Arrange chicken pieces in greased shallow baking pan.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Combine oil, melted butter and onion. Pour over chicken.
  • Cover pan with foil.
  • Bake on lowest rack of oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and baste with pan juices.
  • Place on middle rack of oven. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until browned and chicken juices run clear.

    Tried this tonite but made it into a 1 pot meal by adding cut up red potatoes, frozen baby lima beans and 8 ounces of chicken broth-- it was a BIG hit-- thanks!
