Tres Leche Flan

This recipe was given to me by my bf's little sister's fiance (Juan, the Peruvian) It's so easy to throw together and no sugar melting is needed. I hope you try it!
Ingredients
- 1 12-ounce can evaporated milk shopping list
- 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 1 14-ounce can condensed milk shopping list
- 4 organic eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients until well combined
- Pour into buttered baking dish
- Bake at 350 degrees until knife comes out clean (about 30-40 minutes)
- Great by itself but fresh berries with some orange zest on the side would be lovely
