Irish Cream Truffles

- 1/4 cup irish cream shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 1/2 cup heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Melt chocolate, Irish cream and heavy cream together over very low heat.
- Whisk in yolks one at a time which will leave mixture thicken.
- Whisk in butter then refrigerate overnight.
- Make small balls with spoon then roll in powdered sugar, cocoa, nuts or sprinkles.
