How to make it

  • Melt chocolate, Irish cream and heavy cream together over very low heat.
  • Whisk in yolks one at a time which will leave mixture thicken.
  • Whisk in butter then refrigerate overnight.
  • Make small balls with spoon then roll in powdered sugar, cocoa, nuts or sprinkles.
