How to make it

  • Set oven as 170 degree C (Gas mark 3)
  • ++++++++++++++++++
  • Finely chopped white chocolate and butter set into double boiling until well-mixed and smooth
  • Beat all egg yolk and sugar, then put fresh cream, beat well until well-mixed.
  • Add Cointreau, vanilla and chocolate mixture, beat well
  • Sift flour and cornstarch, mixed
  • ++++++++++++++++++
  • Make merengue with 3 egg white and 65g sugar, beat well
  • Mix both chocolate mixture and merengue well
  • Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  • Leave it cool and dust cocoa (optional)

    Thank for your comment!!! Yes, this is very light, and sometimes I eat half of it by myself!! (Oh!) Leave it fridge overnight, please! this will be soooo moist and lovely!
