Soft Ginger Snaps

- 3/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/4 cup molasses shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ginger shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 cups all purpose flour shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter, sugar and egg then add molasses.
- Add dry ingredients then add to wet ingredients and stir until soft dough forms.
- Refrigerate 2 hours then mold into balls and roll in sugar
- Preheat oven to 350 then bake 10 minutes

You have found a ginger lover in me, chefmeow! I usually just "up" the quantity when I bake with ginger but it seems I won't have to that using Aunt Maggies recipe. Thanks and a high five, meow. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

I just made pumpkin dip to have with ginger snap cookies (I cheated and bought the cookies at the store) but need to make these to eat with the pumpkin dip. YUM!
