Found this tucked in the back of an unused drawer... I used to make it all the time. It is so full of flavor, creamy and was asked for all the time by friends before we moved south... So glad I found it to share with you! Enjoy!

Good news. This pasta is yummy. A new staple for me in fact. There's a few extra steps that make it more time-consuming (peeling and blanching tomatoes, separating sauce) but so worth it. I've already made it three times and will be making it again tonight. You can reduce cream by half with no loss of flavour. Thanks!
