Trudy came into my life when I flew into Jacksonville, FL to visit my friend, Ted who attended JU. Ingredients
- 2/3 cup butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 nuts, chopped (optional) shopping list
- 8 ounces chocolate chips, your choice shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Grease OR spray a cookie sheet.
- Cream together the butter, sugars, egg and vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour, baking soda and salt.
- Blend dry mixture into butter mixture.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts.
- Drop dough by spoonfuls on prepared pan.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
