Ingredients

2 large scoops vanilla ice cream

1 oz bacardi vanilla rum

1 oz rumple minze peppermint schnapps

1 oz godiva white chocolate liqueur

2 mini candy canes

Grenadine syrup

Ice

Directions

Swirl the inside of two martini glasses with grenadine to simulate a candy cane's stripe.

Fill a shaker with ice and add ice cream, rum, rumple minze, and godiva liqueur. Shake well.

Pour into striped martini glasses (do not strain) and garnish with mini candy canes.
