Ingredients

How to make it

  • Drain the tin of smoked oysters on paper towels;
  • Mix all ingredients except oysters;
  • Use lemon juice, hot sauce and onion powder to taste;
  • Gently fold in smoked oysters;
  • Serve with crackers or celery.

    I thought my mom was the only one that liked to have anything more than oysters on-the-half-shell! I make her an Oyster Pie at least once a year and I swear she eats the whole thing herself! She will love this!

    Ok, this is the first one of your recipes I'm going to try. I love smoked oysters right out of the can with a dash of hot sauce, so I can already tell you I'm gonna love this one. Thanks for sharing it.
