Pistachio Crusted Chicken Strips

Everyone will love these chicken strips. The recipe is easy and elegant.
Ingredients
- 1c pistachios,chopped shopping list
- 1/2c bread crumbs shopping list
- 2Tbs Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2Tbs olive oil shopping list
- 2Tbs honey shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 large,skinless,boneless chicken breast halves,cut in 1" strips shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 500. Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Mix together pistachios nad bread crumbs in shallow bowl. In a seperate bowl,stir together the dijon,olive oil,honey,salt and pepper till smooth. Dip chicken into dijon mixture to coat,then coat with bread crumbs. Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Place in preheated oven and turn oven to 375. Bake till the chicken is no longer pink and pistacio coating is golden brown,about 20 mins.
