Ingredients

How to make it

  • Brown ground beef in a large skillet.
  • Drain.
  • Stir in tomato sauce and seasonings.
  • Heat to boiling.
  • Reduce heat.
  • Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Cook noodles as directed on package.
  • Drain.
  • In blender or processor combine cream cheese and sour cream.
  • Stir in green onions.
  • In a 13x9x2 baking dish layer the cooked noodles, the cream cheese mixture, meat sauce and cheese.
  • Bake for 1 hour OR until bubbly.

    This is very similar to an Italian Goulash recipe that I make, but, mine isn't so creamy! I think that I might try this one out next time my family is in the mood for goulash.

    It's been my lifelong dream to run a restaurant or be a live-in cook for someone. I did look into selling appetizers and dessert from my home but it's against every zoning law know to man here in Horsham! Plus I probably think that the health inspection of the kitchen would be too strident. I mean, I run a very clean kitchen, but surely not spotless! Anywho.. glad you like it, michael.
