Apricot Coconut Balls

This is my dad's favorite Christmas candy. I remember grinding the apricots in our old hand crank meat grinder and rolling them when I was a kid. Recipe from Eagle Brand.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups ground dried apricots shopping list
- 2 cups coconut shopping list
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix apricots and coconut.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
- Form into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
- Let stand until firm.
