This goes perfectly with burgers, hot dogs or especially a corned beef on rye!

Ingredients
  • 4 cups potatoes, cooked, cooled, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup green onions (including green parts), thinly sliced

Directions
  1. In large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar and sugar.
  2. Fold in potato slices and green onions. Toss to coat well.
  3. Season to taste with salt.
  4. Cover and chill 4 hour or overnight to allow flavors to blend.
