Ingredients
- 1/2 Lb. hamburger shopping list
- 1/2 green pepper chopped shopping list
- 1 onion chopped shopping list
- 1-8oz. can tomatoe sauce{your choice brand} shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- Dash of Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. steak sauce shopping list
- cook beef pepper and onion in askillet do not brown add tomatoe sauce and seasonings simmer 25 minutes remove from heat shopping list
- Dough: 1 cup white cornmeal shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp, salt shopping list
- 1 cup luke warm water shopping list

How to make it
- Sift dry ingredients together slowly add water stirring untill well blended and doughy.
- Divide into twelve patties {thinly flatten inbetween 2 sheets waxed paper
- Place 2 Tablespoons meat mixture on each patty fold diagonally and seal brown in hot oil turning once serve hot.
- Makes 6 servings.[given to me by a friend}
