Ingredients

How to make it

  • Sift dry ingredients together slowly add water stirring untill well blended and doughy.
  • Divide into twelve patties {thinly flatten inbetween 2 sheets waxed paper
  • Place 2 Tablespoons meat mixture on each patty fold diagonally and seal brown in hot oil turning once serve hot.
  • Makes 6 servings.[given to me by a friend}

    I've made these the Puerto Rican way, where it takes a troupe of people working like a conveyer belt to get them done before the sun goes down. *Sighs* But oh my sweet weeping gods are they well worth it when they come out.
