Tilapia Parmesan Saut Recipe

I made this for the first time today. It takes almost no time to prepare and maybe 6 minutes to cook, if even that! What I liked best is that the seasonings did not overpower the delicate taste of the fish.

Ingredients
- 4 6 Rain Forest Tilapia fillets
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tablespoons parsley flakes
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Mix Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley flakes; set aside.
- Heat a large sauté pan and add olive oil, butter, and lemon.
- Sauté fillets 2-3 minutes per side until white and flaky.
- Sprinkle cheese mixture on fillets and sauté each side for another minute, then serve.

I finally made this tonight. I served it on a bed of leeks (I'm not that fancy, they were leftovers), then rice on top, then fish and some fresh parsley. I had sauteed green beans with lemon zest on the side. Very good! I gave you a picture of it.

Made this evening, very good, simple and tasty. Used a tri blend of Parmesan, Romano and Asiago cheeses and it was very nice. Will keep this one.
