Deep Dark Killer Brownies Recipe

Ingredients

2/3c King Arthur Double Dutch Dark Cocoa

1 1/2c granulated sugar

1/2c confectioner's sugar

3/4tsp salt

1c all purpose flour

1Tbl instant espresso powder

1c pecans, toasted and chopped(optional)

1c cocoa nibs(optional)

1c chocolate chips

3 large eggs

1/2c vegetable oil

2Tbl brewed coffee

Directions

Preheat oven to 350f

Grease either a 9x9 or 8x8 pan

Whisk together dry ingredients.

Add wet ingredients, combine until mixed.

Bake in oven and test doneness with toothpick, it will still be a little moist when done.

Cool 1 hour.

The nibs are from Scharffen Berger, but I usually order them from a site called www.chocosphere.com This is an awesome site for ANY kind of chocolate!
