Waffles from Pre-1940s Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Measure, mix and sift the first four ingredients.
  • Gradually add the milk, then egg yolks and melted fat.
  • Mix .
  • Fold in stiffly beaten egg white.
  • Cook in waffle iron, following directions given for the iron you use.
