Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons sugar

1 cup milk

2 egg yolks

2 tablespoons fat, melted

2 egg whites

Directions

Measure, mix and sift the first four ingredients.

Gradually add the milk, then egg yolks and melted fat.

Mix .

Fold in stiffly beaten egg white.

Cook in waffle iron, following directions given for the iron you use.
