How to make it

  • In a large, heavy skillet, saute onion, garlic, and carrots in oil until soft. Add meat and cook just until no longer pink. Stir in remaining ingredients (except buns!). Cover and gently simmer 15 minutes. Serve on broiler-toasted buns.
