Ingredients

1 eleven ounce package of chopped spinach, thawed and drained

1 cup creamed cottage cheese

2 tbsp of butter

4 eggs beaten

6 Tbsp of flour

1/2 lb of diced cheddar cheese

Directions

Combine and put in 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour.

***A good sub for the cheddar is monterey jack with jalapeno cheese for that little extra something!***
