How to make it

  • Cook onions in olive oil until translucent. Add garlic, tomatoes, wine, and parsley. Simmer, adding more wine if sauce gets too thick.
  • Add shrimp and crumbled cheese. Cook mixture on top of stove or bake in a preheated 350 degree ovem until shrimp are pink and the cheese has melted. Serve a top a salad, pasta or rice.

    Wonderful. I remember Shrimp with Feta as a favorite dish from Swanson's Wine Bar and Bistro in Clearwater, FL. We sold tons of it back in the day. Good stuff. Very yummy.
