This is the WW filler, it has no points so you can eat it all day long. definately will help keep you full. I like to have a small bowl before I eat dinner so I can keep my dinner portions realistic :)
Ingredients
- Sliced carrots shopping list
- Diced onion shopping list
- minced garlic shopping list
- 3 cups of broth shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups of cabbage (or escarolle if you hate cabbage like me ) shopping list
- 1/2 cup of green beans shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste shopping list
- basil shopping list
- oregano shopping list
- salt (optional) shopping list
- diced zucchini (I also like summer squash) shopping list
How to make it
- Throw it all in the pot and cook till veggies are tender...
