How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl EXCEPT wonton wrappers and oil and water.
  • Heat oil to 350 degrees.
  • Meanwhile lay Wonton wrapper on a flat dry surface with a corner facing you. It should look like a diamond.
  • Place 1 tsp give or take in the center of the wonton. Moisten edges of wonton with water. Fold into shape of triangle by folding over and pressing the bottom corner of wonton to the top corner. Make sure you press all the edges together so your filling doesn’t leak during the frying process.
  • Fry in oil that is about 2 inches deep on each side 1-2 minutes or until light golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towel and enjoy!
