This is a great BBQ sauce that I've developed with ingredients available in Northern Thailand. It should taste just as great with your local ingredients!

I made this sauce today for pulled pork. Yum!!! The only thing I did different was use half of the crush red chili pepper. I was a little concerned that my family might not like the heat. It turned out great THX so much!
