How to make it

  • In a large heavy pan,combine pectin,sauterne,orange peel,orange juice, and lemon juice.
  • Bring to rolling boil.
  • Stir in honey and return to boiling point.
  • Boil for about 5 minutes,stirring constantly.
  • Remove from stove,skim off foam,pour into hot canning jars,seal.
