Ingredients
  • 2 Tablespoons of Powdered Fruit Pectin
  • 1-1/2 Cups Sauterne
  • 2 teaspoons Grated Orange Peel
  • 1/2 Cup Orange Juice(fresh)
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice(fresh)
  • 3 Cups This Years harvested Honey

Directions
  1. In a large heavy pan,combine pectin,sauterne,orange peel,orange juice, and lemon juice.
  2. Bring to rolling boil.
  3. Stir in honey and return to boiling point.
  4. Boil for about 5 minutes,stirring constantly.
  5. Remove from stove,skim off foam,pour into hot canning jars,seal.
