from Alaska, this easy, old time fashioned pie, kinda like a custard pie
Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie shell shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. flour shopping list
- 1 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 2 tsp. spices (any kind you want) espcially, combos of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, cardomom etc. etc. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix everything together, pour in unbaked pie shell- sprinkle the top with nutmeg
- Bake for 55-60 minutes at 350 (or until set)
- Cool, chill and cut
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream
