How to make it

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. Combine rice, franks, chili & onions.
  • 3. Put into a 2-quart casserole, sprinkle cheese over top.
  • 4. Bake 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted & bubbly.
  • **You can reduce the fat and calories by using brown rice and or low fat cheese. You can use all meat wieners which should help as well.
