Blueberry Cheese Crescents Recipe
This yummy pastry is filled with fruit and sweet cheese, simple and a crowd pleaser!!!!

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 4 oz Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 2 T. Sugar
  • 1/2 cup blueberries

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 375. unroll into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations together to seal. Combine cheese and sugar. Spread onto dough rectangles to withing 1/2 inch of edges. Top evenly with blueberries. Bring opposite corners of rectangles together; press together and seal. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Makes 4 rolls. Bake 11 to 13 minutes, or until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

Sounds like an easy one - like a little "fruit turnover"...love it. I have the new crescent dough in the fridge that doesn't have the perforations (brilliant idea from them!) and I have some blueberries frozen - prefect time to try this one out. Thanks!
