This is a recipe from The Barefoot Contessa. A friend made it for me and I've been hooked ever since. Goes great with Triscuits or veggies.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes (she calls for in oil- I use the julienne sundried tomatoes from Costco.) drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 10 dashes Tabasco
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced (white and green parts)

Directions
  1. Puree all ingredients except scallions in food processor with metal blade. Add scallions (I don't use these mainly because I rarely have them on hand) and pulse twice. Serve at room temperature.

Oh yes, that does sound incredibly tasty - I love Barefoot Contessa...always flavorful recipes. I've printed this one off so I can remember to make it soon - thanks!

Now I adore stuff like this!

Saving this, I love this type of dips and sundried tomatoes! Looks really tasty!
