Sun-dried Tomato Dip

- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes (she calls for in oil- I use the julienne sundried tomatoes from Costco.) drained and chopped shopping list
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 10 dashes Tabasco shopping list
- 1 tsp kosher salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper shopping list
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced (white and green parts) shopping list
How to make it
- Puree all ingredients except scallions in food processor with metal blade. Add scallions (I don't use these mainly because I rarely have them on hand) and pulse twice. Serve at room temperature.
