How to make it

  • Puree all ingredients except scallions in food processor with metal blade. Add scallions (I don't use these mainly because I rarely have them on hand) and pulse twice. Serve at room temperature.

    Oh yes, that does sound incredibly tasty - I love Barefoot Contessa...always flavorful recipes. I've printed this one off so I can remember to make it soon - thanks!
