Pinapple Bourbon Salmon

- 1 1/2 lbs Wild caught American salmon shopping list
- 1/4 cup Bourbon- I use Wild turkey shopping list
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar shopping list
- 8 oz can pineapple and juice- I use 2 Delmonte tid bits shopping list
- 1 Tbs of soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Mix bourbon, brown sugar, pineapple and soy sauce. I usuall just put this in the blender until brown sugar is disolved. Rinse salmon shake dry, place in ziplock bag with marinade. Marinade for at least 2 hours. Bring to room tempiture,Grill on medium heat for about 4 min on each side according to thickness of the salmon.

Yep....I learned a while ago that wild salmon is the ONLY way to go. I was beginning to think I didn't like salmon anymore until I realized it was the farm-raised stuff that was the problem. I'll change the bourbon to rum (gf, ya know) and the soy ...more
