Russian Chicken

- 3 to 5 lb. chicken, cut into serving pieces shopping list
- 1 Bottle Kraft Russian Dressing shopping list
- 1 small jar apricot jam shopping list
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix shopping list
How to make it
- Mix above together and dip chicken with this and coat well.
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until done at 350 degree oven, bating occasionally.
- serve with noodles or rice.

Oh my goodness, I remember this recipe from the 80's...I think we did an appetizer with it too, using meatballs. I'm so glad you reminded me of this, as it was very tasty. I'll be bringing back the memories with this one...thanks!
