Beer Bread

- 3c AP flour shopping list
- 1 Tbsp baking powder shopping list
- 3 Tbsp sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 12 oz. beer (Heavier beers will give move flavor i.e.: Stouts, Porters, even Barleywines) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Mix dry ingredients
- Add beer
- Stir
- Put it in something lubed
- Bake 45 minutes.
- Eat some beer bread.

Good old beer bread !! Thick and heavy! I love to make it with Newcastle, give and unmatchable taste. Sometimes i add yeast and a bit more flour and let the dough rise to make it more bread-like when i dont want it heavy.
