Tuna and Cheddar Pockets

- 2 6 oz. cans tuna, drained and flaked shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. lemon pepper shopping list
- 1/3 cup olives, chopped shopping list
- 1/3-1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1 12 oz. can refrigerated flaky biscuits shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 1 cup potato chips, crushed shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375
- In mixing bowl, combine tuna, lemon pepper, olives, mayo and cheese until well blended
- Separate dough into 10 biscuits
- Roll out each to 5 inch circle
- Spoon about 1/4 cup onto center of each circle
- Fold dough in half and press edges with fork to seal
- Brush both sides with egg wash
- Press both sides into potato chips
- Make 2-3 vent holes on top with sharp knife
- Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 18-22 minutes, until golden brown
