How to make it

  • Set the oven to 200C or 400F.
  • Mix all the ingredients except flour.
  • Add flour gradually in order to make a non-sticky dough.
  • Take a handful of dough, flatten it into a 1 cm. thick disk, put 1/2 tablespoons of filling to each ball, close it and make a ball.
  • Place the balls onto the oven pan and put glaze with the egg yolks.
  • They can be sprinkled with sesame and black cumin seeds before being baked.
  • Bake for 25 mins. (or until they become golden color outside)
