Ingredients
  • 24 medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 24 fresh jalapeno peppers
  • 12 slices bacon, cut in half crosswise
  • blue cheese dressing for dipping ( or dipping sauce of choice)

Directions
  1. Cut a slit in each pepper and remove seeds and membranes.
  2. Wash hands!
  3. Carefully place one shrimp in cavity of each pepper.
  4. Wrap half slice bacon around each pepper. Secure with toothpick.
  5. Place peppers on foil lined jelly-roll pan.
  6. Broil 5 inches from heat source for 6 to 7 minutes per side or until bacon is cooked.
  7. Serve warm with blue cheese dressing ot sauce of choice.
