How to make it

  • Cut a slit in each pepper and remove seeds and membranes.
  • Wash hands!
  • Carefully place one shrimp in cavity of each pepper.
  • Wrap half slice bacon around each pepper. Secure with toothpick.
  • Place peppers on foil lined jelly-roll pan.
  • Broil 5 inches from heat source for 6 to 7 minutes per side or until bacon is cooked.
  • Serve warm with blue cheese dressing ot sauce of choice.
