Moroccan Spiced Chicken

- 1tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1tsp ground coriander shopping list
- 1tsp ground tumeric shopping list
- 1/4tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/4tsp ground cardamom shopping list
- 1/4tsp ground cumin shopping list
- coarse salt and ground pepper shopping list
- 2Tbs extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1 whole chicken(4lbs) quartered,skin on shopping list
- 1 lwmon,quartered shopping list
How to make it
- Place a rimmed baking sheet on the center rack of oven,and preheat oven to 450. Mix spices,2tsp. salt,3/4tsp pepper and oil in small bowl. Rub spice paste all over chicken.
- Carefully arrange chicken in single layer on hot sheet,and arrange lemon wedges around chicken. Bake till chicken registers 165 on instant-read thermometer and juices run clear,30 to 35 mins. Let stand 10 mins. Season with salt and pepper,and serve with pan juices and roasted lemon wedges on the side.

I love the spice combo here! I might make this using chicken thighs instead of the whole chicken. Sounds yummy!
