Veal Scallopini

- 1 pound thinly sliced veal shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- Pinch of sage shopping list
- Pinch of nutmeg shopping list
- 1 tablespoon flour shopping list
- 1 small onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup sauterne shopping list
- 1/4 pound mushrooms shopping list
- 1 tablespoon stuffed green olives shopping list
- 1 teaspoon capers shopping list
How to make it
- Saute garlic in butter.
- When sizzling hot, add veal and brown.
- Sprinkle flour over meat.
- Add onions, seasonings, capers and wine and cover.
- Allow liquid to come to a boiling point and cook for about 20 minutes.
- Saute sliced mushroom in 1 tablespoon butter for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and olives to the veal.
