Ingredients

How to make it

  • Fire up your grill
  • wash and pat dry the chicken
  • salt pepper and garlic each breast
  • for the sauce
  • melt the butter add hot sauce and a little worcesetshire sauce stir and let sit
  • for blue cheese dip mix sour cream Mayo and bluecheese together
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Grill chicken breast till cooked through and juices run clear
  • I start basting them with the sauce half way through the cooking
  • when done dip them in the sauce
  • place on the rolls
  • top with Bluecheese dip and enjoy
  • you can substitue ranch for the bluecheese if you like.
  • enjoy
