How to make it

  • Melt butter in large skillet over medium -high heat. cook onion until softened,about 5 mins. Stir in beer,mustard and thyme and simmer until slightly thickened,about 2 mins.
  • add cabbage and vinegar and cook covered,stirring occasionsally,until wilted and tender,about 8 mins. Season with salt and pepper.

    I had Pork Loin for Dinner, today and this would have been the perfect side dish for it. I wish I had seen it a lot earlier but I will do it the next time for sure!
