Won Ton Cinnamon Crisps
From lori4flavor 15 years agoIngredients
- 20 won ton skins or 5 egg roll skins shopping list
- 3 to 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Cut each won ton skin in half to make 2 rectangles. (If using egg roll skins, cut each into quarters, then cut each quarter in half to make a total of 8 small rectangles from each skin.)
- Brush some of the butter over bottom of a rimmed 10 x 15 inch baking pan. Arrange won ton skins -- as many as will fit in a single layer -- close together in pan; brush tops with butter. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over rectangles.
- Bake until crisp and golden (5 to 6 mins). Remove from pan; let cool on racks. Repeat to bake remaining won ton skins, using remaining butter and cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Makes 40 crisps.

I used to make these all the time when a carb craving would send me running to the kitchen for something sweet but not over the top. Perfect!
