Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a medium-size bowl or the bowl of a food processor, mix the cheeses and butter until they are well blended. (If you use a food processor, process for about 30 seconds).
  • The mixture should be a thick paste; if too thick, add a little cream.
  • Stir in the pistachio nuts.
  • Slice the bread loagf crosswise and remove about half of he soft insides.
  • Stuff the cavity of the baguette with the cheesy nut mixture.
  • Re-shape the bread into a loaf and wrap in foil or plastic wrap, then chill.
  • When ready to serve, slice the bread into 1/2-inch slices. If you prefer, this is good warmed up too. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your loaf of bread.
