Pistachio Pudding Cake

A cake my Mother made, it is still a family favorite.
Ingredients
- cake shopping list
- 1 yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 box of pistachios pudding shopping list
- 1 cup oil shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup of club soda shopping list
- 1/2 cup of chopped pistachio nuts shopping list
- frosting shopping list
- 1 -8 oz. container Cool Whip shopping list
- 1 pkg. of pistachio pudding. shopping list
How to make it
- Cake
- Mix all ingredients for cake, beat 4 minutes
- Pour into a grease and floured 9x13 pan.
- Frosting
- Mix together cool whip an 1 pkg. of pistachio pudding beat well
- I sprinkle a handful of pistachio nut over top.
- Enjoy!

Five forks, because I know for a fact this is excellent...I've never added the nuts, but that does sound good too. Also good with white cake mix!
