A good spicy cheese spread

Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz.shreded cheddar cheese
- 1C. mayo
- 1 5oz. jar horseradish
- 2 strips of bacon crispy
Directions
- Combine cream and cheddar cheese in top ofa double boiler cook until melted
- remove from heat
- add mayo,horseradish,and crumbled bacon stir to combine when well mixed put in a bowl or crock and let sit for at least 30 min. for flavors to meld
- serve either room temp. or chilled. with assorted crackers or party rye bread
- Enjoy

Bobby, I'm originally from Pittsburgh, and everything your posting I've had, are you sure your not from my old neighborhood? This is a wonderful cheese ball with a kick, depending on how much horseradish you put in. Great post....:)
