This is a lovely change from other curd recipes. The rosewater gives it an exotic boost. Try this on pound cake, scones or ice cream

I think I feel a trifle coming on using this peach curd! I don't even think I'll wait for summer, but just use canned or frozen peaches to make it. Angel food cake, sliced sugared almonds, peach curd, maybe some blackberries. A little bit of summer in the midst of winter. Thanks Midge!

I have seen rosewater in a few posts lately, but I've never used it - now I am curious and will have to try to find some. Does it have a distinct flavor? I am on a quest to find rosewater now! Thank, midgelet...Krum
PS - and even if I don't find the rosewater, I have to make this peach curd - it sounds delish!
