Alfredo Sauce

This is my variation of several other recipes...it is creamy and I love it!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter shopping list
- 2-3 Tbs flour shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- 3 oz. cream cheese (fat-free) shopping list
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter, stir in flour and seasoning until blended.
- Add cream cheese to melt some before adding milk.
- Slowly stir in milk and let cream cheese melt before adding Parmesan cheese.
- Whisk until thickened.
