Impossible Bacon Pie Recipe

Ingredients

12 slices of fried bacon or use pre-cooked bacon for less time.

1 c. shredded swiss cheese

1/3 c. chopped onion

2 c. milk

1 c. bisquick

4 eggs

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 pepper

Directions

Heat oven to 400

Grease pie pan, Sprinkle crumbled bacon, cheese, and onion in the bottom of pan.

Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.

Pour in pan. Bake until knife comes out clean.

About 35 50 45 min, Let set 5 min before serving.

Note: for a really interesting twist, you could bake it in a long, narrow pate pan and then cool completely. Slice into 1/2 to 1 inch slices and coat with batter and deep fry. Yum!
