Those look cute! I'm so glad you got around to posting these! Love the butttery cookies!

Oh gosh I've been wanting to make a spritz cookie in my battery operated cookie press for years, now I have no excuse. These sound like just what I've been looking for. Thanks for sharing, you have my 5

I am crazy about these cookies. Thanks for the recipe.

Me too! my Mom use to make them like crazy. There were stars, pointesettas, Christmas trees, the flat one, and I think one was a camel. When I make them they stick to the press, then I slide my finger under real careful and, Wella! I have colorful blobs of dough that resemble kidneys, spleens, and livers. All diffrent colors with sprinkles ontop, festive like. I love the taste of these little buggers, maybe some one will straighten us out on how to......:)

I have nothing else to say but thank you, thank you and thank you for the recipe! You're the best, Krum!!!

Well I can look but can't touch, right!!

I make these every Christmas. I loved my original press....you turned a crank/handle and could make your own shape. My mom always made circles that looked like wreaths (decorated with red and green candied cherry pieces) or s-shapes or straight lines. My press fell apart. Now I have the newer style that is harder to get started. I have to put the press directly onto the cookie sheet for each cookie to come out right. I do as close to the wreath shape that I can get.
They are delicious and a family favorite!
Thanks for posting it.....Chris
