- Prep time includes chill time in fridge shopping list
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground round shopping list
- 2 onion diced shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- dinner roll mustard shopping list
- Worcesteshire sauce shopping list
- pickles shopping list
How to make it
- In a a bowl combine ground round worcestesire and salt and pepper to taste
- Press meat on to a greased baking sheet and chill for at least 1 hr.
- Get an eye dropper and snip off pointed end remove meat from fridge and press eye dropper into it creating holes ( when you squeeze the droppers ball the meat will come out)
- Place try back into fridge
- if you have a griddle it comes in handy right now if not use a large skillet
- heat pan then add a little oil and the onions and saute' till translucent
- Remove meat from fridge and cut into patties that will fit on the dinner rolls
- Remove patties with a spatulla and place right on top on onions
- cover and let the steam from the onions cook the burgers when the burgers are almost cooked through turn them and lay the split dinner roll crust side up on top to steam
- When done top with mustard and pickles serve imediately
- Enjoy
